JuicyChef’s Aperol Spritz

Saturday sipping … spritzing. House music pumping. ‘Building a vibes’. Spritz Veneziano, commercially known as Aperol Spritz. A seriously hot and humid afternoon in my kitchen requires something refreshing and bracing to keep me energized. Quarantine cocktail No 5.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 50ml Aperol
  • 75ml Prosecco
  • Club soda
  • Orange slice 

Method

In a large wine glass add a few cubes of ice and pour in Aperol, the Prosecco and top with club soda.

Garnish with orange slice.
