It’s Friday! Time for my weekly cocktail – a bittersweet concoction to reflect this moment in time. Living in a surreal era, regular drinking hours do not apply. Limoncello, lemonade and bitters. Curfew approaches. Cin cin!! (Pronounced chin chin).
Ingredients
- 50ml limoncello
- 200ml fizzy lemonade
- 3 drops bitters
- Ice
- Slice of lemon or lime
Method
In a highball glass, add limoncello, fizzy lemonade and bitters. Top with ice.
Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.
